Looking for a fun way to launch a bachelorette party, birthday celebration (for kids or adults), group date night, or simply a fun night out with friends AND doesn’t require you to have your house ready for guests?

Share a bit about yourself and your group with us, and The Vintage Flame will take care of everything else! No group is too large or too small! We will work together to ensure your event runs smoothly, no matter its scale.

However, you do NOT have to book a private event to organize a gathering! We often welcome groups into our store, fostering a warm, "private" ambiance while still remaining open to the public.

Your group is invited to create a variety of scented products, extending beyond just candles, to include different home items and coconut wax melts.

Experience our Mobile Wax Lab, designed to provide a unique opportunity for participants to mix, pour, and create their very own custom candles all without leaving the comforts of home. This session is ideal for various occasions such as date nights, girl’s nights, anniversaries, birthday celebrations, team-building events, or simply enjoying a fun time at home. The workshop typically lasts 1.5 hours, depending on the class size, and will require 45 minutes to an hour before and after for setup and takedown.

The customer is responsible for providing the location and tables/chairs for guest.

A minimum of 6 participants is required.

This is a one time $20 travel-only booking fee.

Candle pouring is a delightful and imaginative activity for kids, making it an excellent choice for birthday parties, scout troops, sports teams, school functions, and more. Participants can explore their creativity with scent through our fully customizable, age appropriate items.

During the invention sessions, kids can:

- Design their candle labels

- Blend their own unique scents

- Pour their personalized mixture into their chosen candle or product

While stacking and sand candles can be taken home right away, hot wax candles require about one hour to cool. This is the perfect opportunity to treat the kids to some snacks or pizza.

Enhance your event by providing our unique Wax Bar experience, allowing guests to craft their own coconut apricot wax candles with premium fragrance oils.

Guests will have access to multiple modern candle vessels, over 30 unique fragrance oils selected by the host, and specialized candle making equipment.

Choose from 36 pre-printed quote labels handpicked by the host in advance, with customized designs available.

Your candles will be ready to take home 60 minutes after they are mixed and solidified.

Our services cover a 25-mile radius from Waynesboro, PA, with an additional $2 per mile fee for locations beyond.
